Services and scope
Rivoria provides strategy, design, implementation, and support for AI, automation, and digital systems. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and responsibilities for any project will be set out in a written proposal, statement of work, or other agreement.
Project and payment terms
Project fees, payment schedules, and any recurring charges are stated in the applicable agreement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are due by the stated due date. Work may be paused where payment is overdue. Changes to agreed scope may require a revised timeline and fee.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, appropriate access to systems, and any required permissions or licences. You remain responsible for how you use delivered systems, including review of outputs and compliance with laws that apply to your business.
Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before an engagement. On full payment, Rivoria grants the client the rights to use project deliverables as specified in the applicable agreement. Third-party platforms, tools, and services remain subject to their own terms.
Liability disclaimer
Rivoria aims to deliver reliable, carefully designed systems but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular business outcomes, or the performance of third-party services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivoria is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any direct liability will be limited as set out in the applicable written agreement.
